All approvals will have a unique color coded system on the approval with one of the following three colors:

 

RED -  48-72 Hour Turn Times. However there are major things that need to be addressed. (i.e. You are trying to go owner-occupied when the borrower owns 3 other houses within a few miles from the subject property)

 

YELLOW - 24-48 Hour Turn Times. Need to look into a few more things. If there is no major issues you should have a clean approval.

GREEN - Full File Submission. If all the major things are in the file (i.e. appraisal, income documentation, etc.) You will have loan approval same day and even docs same day if you wish.
